At the moment, we are offering shipping only within the United States, and for a limited time, shipping and your first return are free of charge.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its complete original packaging. You’ll also need the purchase confirmation number and the ZIP code associated with the order.

Lastly, you’ll be asked to upload a few photos on our return platform as proof that the shoes are unworn and that all items and tags are still included in the box.

Please include the following images:

  • A photo of the outsoles
  • A photo of the pair of shoes
  • A photo showing the pair of shoes in the box with the laces, bags, packaging, and any other included items.

To start a return, please follow these instructions:

  1. Access our return platform: Go to the FAQ section on Returns and click the link provided.
  2. Enter your Order Confirmation number (without the number sign) and the ZIP code associated with the purchase.
  3. Click on "Get Started."
  4. Select the style you wish to return or exchange.
  5. Complete the requested information for approval.
  6. Wait for approval information and shipping label.
  7. Send the pair of shoes, along with all included items and the original packaging, to your nearest UPS location.
  8. You will be notified of the shipping status via email.
  9. Wait for the approval confirmation and shipping label via email.
  10. Once approved, send the pair of shoes—along with all included items and the original packaging—to your nearest UPS location.
  11. You will receive email updates regarding the shipping status.
  12. Your exchange will be processed and shipped within 24–72 hours after the package arrives at our distribution center.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (including personalized items, sale items, or special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. This policy is in accordance with U.S. regulations and non-compliance may have legal consequences.

If the item is damaged or you received the wrong item, please go to the return platform link and follow the instructions.

Exchanges

Applies to size or color changes within the same style. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift card purchases.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
