Product & Quality

To ensure your PALOMO® shoes remain in excellent condition, follow these tips:

Clean regularly with a soft cloth and keep them dry.
Condition the leather as needed to maintain its softness.
For suede, use a brush to remove dirt and apply a suede protector for added protection.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Proper care will help ensure they stay looking their best for years to come.

Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your purchase must be unworn, in its original packaging, and requested within 14 days of purchase. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days to process your return or exchange. Simply follow the process through the link here to get started.

Please note that pictures of the shoes will be required. Submit at least three photos: one of the shoe soles, one of the shoes themselves, and one of the labels on the box, so we can confirm and process the return. Additionally, a handling fee of $25 will be charged for a return.
