At the Supérate!® PALOMO® Center, we are dedicated to empowering youth by equipping them with the skills necessary to shape their futures. Since 2009, in partnership with Fundación ADOC and the Industrial Supérate! Program, we have been committed to improving the education of young people in El Salvador through a comprehensive program that complements and strengthens their traditional schooling. We believe that youth are the change the world needs, and it is our responsibility to support and uplift them in every way possible.
Commitment to Quality Education
We offer three-year scholarships to exceptional students from local schools. During this period, students receive additional training in English, information technology, programming, and personal development, helping them grow both academically and personally. At the end of the program, students earn international certifications in English and Microsoft Office, giving them a competitive edge in the job market and eligibility for international scholarships to continue their studies.
Social & Human Impact
Our graduates not only enhance their professional prospects but also contribute to the socioeconomic development of El Salvador. To succeed as professionals, it is crucial to develop strong social skills: learning to work as a team, communicate effectively, propose ideas, stay positive, and lead with passion and encouragement. By fostering these qualities, we help students build a sense of community and a desire to give back.
