Was told to get the wrong size initially. After a very lengthy return process (literally weeks) I received the right size. The boots came very well packed and are well constructed. The leather however has quite a few irregularities that you would not expect from a 300$ boot. I would return them but can't afford another pair of boots in the interim until I either receive a refund or exchange so I will keep them and chalk it up to lesson learned

Good looking Service boot
The Ernest cap toe seems to be a well made boot. I appreciate the good year welt construction, and the vibram sole. The whisky color is very nice too, not too light, but not too dark. I wouldn’t mind if they expanded into more browns or even burgundys. my only complaint, although it is very minor, is that the flat laces sometimes fall off the speed hooks, but it is not a big deal. Overall very happy with my purchase.
